Why Aren’t You Losing Weight? Are You Unknowingly Spoilling Your Diet Plans?

How you said to yourself “I’m doing this and doing that in my diet, but I’m still not losing weight? Why is that? Do you think that you’re sabortaging yourself?
Don’t fret! it’s not your fault. It’s probably that you are unknowingly sabortaging your own dieting efforts. This will definitely put you off balance in your dieting plans, and probably it’s unknowing to you, that you’re doing them.
From my dieting consultations with my clients, here are a few things that I noticed from speaking to my clients, on what’s hindering their dieting progress.
Firstly, It Must Seem Effortless
Whoever said that losing weight is easy, don’t know what they are talking about. Because, losing weight is a major change that is happening to your body. Major changes to your body takes determination, effort, time and some patience. So how is that easy?
Yes, following a dieting plan does work, and gives you fast results, but following the wrong diet plans is disastrous. You have seen many advertisements that says that ‘diets are easy”, and that you should be able to lose calorie intake by 30% or maybe even completely cut carbs out from your meals. And that it’s a breeze losing those pounds while on their diet plans. Well, it’s not entirely True.
You see, to make changes in your life, demands work, sometime hard work. It’s not that easy. But I didn’t say it cannot be done. It can, if you follow MY dieting plans. Even more so, if you’re a 21st century women. Hey, in fact, I guarantee you can do it.
Don’t fall for those lies , that you cannot have your daily fix on your favorite chocolates, or MacDonalds.
All it takes, is Commitment, Effort, Time, and some Work. Eat when you should eat, then work on your losing weight, all at the right time. And that’s what my client re now doing, and eating what they like and keeping their well toned body in shape.
Secondly, Have a Plan.
Today’s women are always busy. Well, we look after kids plus we work, and run the household. We shop, cook, clean. We’re super-women. You follow other people’s recipe when they tell you that their dieting meals works, then you do it all on your own, thinking that this must be right, or no, I shouldn’t add this or that. WRONG.
You know, our greatest mistake, is that we don’t ask for help from the experts, we don’t want to pay, maybe because we think we are not worth it.
Invest a little, follow a reputable dieting program, stick to it, work hard on it, go to the gym, if you can afford, get a personal trainer. You see, the Dieting Program gets you your desired, shape, and a gym trainer, gets you to tone your body to the shape that you want, and sticking to this plan, will keep you happy and make you healthy, beautiful and sexy.
